Just changed my goal weight to 100kg.

I probably should have started small in the first place.

These are just a couple of the photos that made me want to cry.

I'm feeling a bit more like myself today (could be because i'm wearing my pjs lol)

Oh and when I'm at the gym next i will go and weigh myself. Haven't done a proper weigh in since the scales died.

So lovely to see you! :) you have a beautiful smile! I think adjusting your goal is a great idea. Celebrate every victory, no matter how small! P. S. I agree about pyjamas - they are so comforting and happy! We have somewhat frequent "Pyjama days" in my house, which I love! Vive La PJs!

Agree. 100 a good goal. Then when u get there. And u will Then move the goal post Divide your weight loss into 15 kg lots. One at a time. It’s a marathon. Not a sprint And u will win

Going slowly is good slowly. When u would come to 100. U would feel happy. Good energy would take u to ur actual goal. 👍

Maintain the will to do it, and you’ll get there. It’s not a matter of if, but when, you get where you want to be.

How did you go this week? I battled on. Nothing as yet to show for it, but the calories have been burnt.

keep it up, so brave posting photos, very hard to see photos at times, but a good incentive to work harder

Robbiejoh I haven't been able to get to the gym this week. I have been tidying up the house each day to get it clean for a house inspection. But otherwise i've been ok.

Hi Wendy. I don’t know you, but I want you to succeed. Going on a diet, is the equivalent of starting a little fire in your body that burns calories. The maximum you can lose is about a kilo a week. It’s a lot when you consider that you have a lot of weeks ahead of you. I have just lost 20 or so kilos, and I’m really happy. I’m looking forward to hearing of your progress, no matter if you think it’s small.

Small attainable goals every day will help. One step at a time. Each day set one little goal to achieve, and you will find the steps are easier to achieve than climbing the mountain. Gradually it’ll become easier as your new way of life becomes habit. I found maintainable calorie counting was the most successful for me and became a lifestyle.
