no change 🤷♀️ hmmm I guess looking back over my meals, the only thing I've added 'daily' is turkish coffee with pure cream and sugar 🤔this was to fulfil my cravings for it (I've never had turkish coffee before, so this is not part of my normal diet) I've decided to cut out the cream & sugar and will try with a cardamom pod instead. I'll let you know if this alternative gets my thumbs up 😉 (stevia?👎gives me vertigo) I'm not discouraged, my new way of eating is healthier.
