As at 21 March, after 10 weeks, I had lost 5kg. Then back to work, back to commuting, back to stress and binge eating and no time to use the app. 10 weeks later I have put on 4kg. At this rate it will take 5 years to lose the weight. Back on track today though and back on the app. Wish me luck!
