I have been feeling really deprived of food so didnt calorie count much today but I think my body and my mind needed it. I didnt feel guilty. I just enjoyed it.

From Monday I'm going to start exercising becuase dieting it alone is not making me healthy and wont help me keep the weigh off.

I'm not weighing myself for a week and hope I can hit the mid 120's by the end of next week with good diet nd exercise but not deprevation.
