treats- when i make 6 workout days ill get myself a treat. not food. something like new trainers, workout pants, quality cosmetics and jewelry. this will give me an extra reason to keep working out each day to reach that 6th day when i can start dreaming of what i want for a treat. i think my first treat will be new workout pants as the pare i was wearing yesterday have started to fall apart. the cuffs have come undone and they now hang down under my heel. it wont be long and they'll be all frayed and ugly not to mention all the dirt they bring into the house. better keep up the exercise so i can give these pants the flick.
