Journey is not over, for sure, but progress is being made. Pic on left is when I began this latest attempt to lose my gut and keep off - two on right are from today. Ignore golf tan. 😂 I still want 1.5 more inches off belly but ok for old guy

Hey, thanks, Gawin! ... dunno how inspiring, so many people have made this journey ... but yeah, I feel better and know I can continue. Someday I will grow up and be a Diablo or a Hebrews, but I have to work with what I was born with. :)

That's more than 17lbs difference isn't it? I just lost 17lbs and I see no difference in the mirror.

thanks @Erq1! @Onedllm - a lot of work, and that continues. i put in 5-7 days a week either at the gym or other activity, and also intermittent fasting, for example, did not eat until 3 today, which is typical. I do not restrict what i eat, just watch calories in and calories out. It could have gone a lot faster, but that just simply wasn't enjoyable, nor realistic for the long run. I don't get as much protein as I should, but that also helps to consume a ton of protein.
