Hi Nina8S,, this is my 3rd attempt in making Vegan Bulletproof Coffee. No need to make ahead, just add the 1 tsp (to taste) coconut butter and 1 tsp MCT Oil to my hot black coffee. As simple as that. I feel full longer at least a several hours. Go try it for youself 😀
