It is very common in Indonesia,, this Jelly has many health benefits, one benefit is that it has a cooling effect on Your body. It has mostly neutral flavour with a hint of bitterness ☺

Hi Hans, YES it is healthy. One of the benefits of Grass Jelly is that it contains antioxidant to help fight cancer cells. It also contains vitamins such as vitamin A, B1, C, Phosphorus, Fiber, Calcium and Carbs that are low in calories. It control sugar levels in blood and does not cause any problems with insulin's spikes 🥰
