It's been a few weeks since I last contributed. New job, move and I am not good without routine! It is amazing what a change of environment can do to our habits! Is anyone else a routine or habitual fanatic? On the up side I have stopped smoking and, although I haven't moved much, the past few days have been back on the groove yay!
