I think it’s the variety of colour, taste textures and size that appeal to me. I feel like I’m eating a big meal but without the calories.

MSE9876 . . . . . . . . Red leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, red capsicum,sprouts, cucumber, feta, olives and grated fresh beetroot. I drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon each of honey and dijon mustard and mix with a teaspoon balsamic vinegar. My favourite go to light lunch.

Janet60 healthy but tasty. Makes you want it again and again. Better than eating something you hate. I just balance up the weights of each item to get the desired combo of carbs proteins fats and fibre. As I said I love this combo.
