In sunny Carnarvon WA. Went out for brunch today and chose a healthy fritter stack. Put the figures in FS and it is over my calorie and carb limit for the day. Sigh. Went for an hours walk tonight and will fast until tomorrow. Actually not hungry but I will be in the morning 😋. Will need some healthy alternatives for breakfast 🍳
