This year I want to continue going to the gym every Tuesday and Thursday. I want to add another day.

I also want to weigh myself regularly this year because last time I weighed myself was 18 January 2022. I think being more aware of the affects that my eating/exercise habits have on my weight will keep me more motivated to stick to my goal (losing the belly fat)

I want to accept that I am no longer 45 kg (currently 69.5 kg) and that is okay as long as I’m being healthy.
69.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
