Getting close. Want to be stable under 80 within 4 weeks. Another round of birthdays and travel over the next 6 weeks which will make it difficult. Have bought some fast800 shakes so that I have an alternative when travelling. But still difficult. Oh well. It’s a gradual thing. Onwards and downwards.
80.2 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
