Didn't weigh today ..... had to leap out of bed & into the shower, scoff down brekky & be in town before 9am for an apt & didn't get home till after 6pm after racing from pillar to post meeting my BRIDESMAID (school friend of over 50 years) for morning coffee & my usual Thursday group of Pommie ladies for lunch; going for an interview at Emmaus Catholic Care for the Aged for Volunteer work now that I can no longer do Pink Ladies at the hospital due to the abysmal lung infections I kept contracting there. I then went on a speedy shopping trip to gather goodies to cook up a sensational Celebratory afternoon tea for my son & his staff because yesterday he was appointed PRINCIPAL of his school ~ I
am so very thrilled for him ~ I got various pics printed up ~ of his school, the kids 'n staff, his new badge & made a framed collage of them with #CHAMP in Gold lettering on it .... he loved it .... he gave me that lovely goofed grin when he saw it ..... I've completed the staff pavlova and chocolate dipped strawberries but now here I am at
