I joined a gym today. Never done that before. Was terrified of all the judgey looks from other members but there were none. Everyone was focused on their own thing, I put in my headphones and bopped away to my music. 45 mins on the treadmill, may not sound a lot to some, but for someone who has never actively exercised, so proud of myself. Excited to go back tomorrow. Noone has noticed my weight loss yet (except my husband and kids), kinda cool to see how far I can get before anyone does notice.
