Been to the gym every day this week. Im addicted. Almost 20 kgs down and noone has said anything yet though. Clothes are fitting better/baggier, energy increased 100 times over and my mood is just happy 99% of the time. No more need for my anti depressants. Should have done this years ago. Glad I've finally worked it out now though. Better late than never :D
