this was totally my fault. I haven't touched alcohol since I started this program but this last week I have had 3 bottles of wine. for some reason I can't so at one or two glasses. no more. I will try to get my weight back down by Xmas.
85.6 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
