Gaining nice and slow, hopefully some of it is muscle lol... We shall see... Clean bulking is kind of hard, it's quite a strange to be purposefully putting on weight. But I'm getting stronger so things seem to be going to plan 😎 Consuming around 2800 to 2900 cals a day, 90% Clean with the occasional treat... Working out 4 days a week with a little cardio thrown in.
80 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
