I am feeling really proud this morning, not really sure why, other than I am seeing progress in my numbers and just amazed at how easy LCHF is. Rarely feeling hungry and not letting food be my master. I am less occupied with the next meal and on top of things. My energy levels are quite high and I love the support and reading through your journeys. It keeps me motivated. Thanks Jenn
