Ok so I have been of the ban wagon now for most of this year and what a tuff year it has been socially, emotionally, work life and home life as well have been a struggle. So it's time to jump back on the healthy train again.
First step need to exercise just start with the little bit first 30min 3 days a week is the aim. MUST RECORD EVERYTHING! most important I do this to validate it to being worth while.
Step 2 find a music app to help with motivation
Step 3 give this a red hot go and journal every day.
Step 4 take a before picture need this to also help with motivation this is the unhealthy, unhappy you you need to see it for helping with your mental health.
