1 kilo after one day of no white carbs and plenty of salad to fill me up in the evening to try and stop the night time snacking. let's see if I can do it for 2 days
75.8 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
