Over the cruise, over the norovirus at last and cut back my beloved cream (back to milk in my coffee at home), my IBS has improved, my involuntary belching is a lot less and I can tolerate garlic again. Excitingly, I am finally losing weight; it may be only 300g in a week but it is a step in the right direction. It encourages me enthusiasm to keep going; I want to drop 6kg in 7 weeks for a function (everybody needs a goal).
