Blow out today! I started the day as normal but almost instantly went from ok to ravenous. Running between commitments grabbed a BBQ chicken & inhaled some then ate 2x Lindt 70%.....got to a later engagement and thought stuff it I've screwed up already what's one mint biscuit until I started eating it & wanted to throw up - yep 2.5 weeks of eating natural products and my body physically reacts to an old favourite 😷
