Really pleased with my progress thus far. Technically started diet 20th September 2016 at 102.7kg. so today officially down exactly 17.5 kg. over half way. 15.2kg to go. Not bad considering I cannot exercise as recovering from an operation where part of my tendon in my leg was removed. Also on a full fat diet. I am limiting my calories to 1200 or less per day and limiting processed food. That's it. Who said I couldn't do It. I'm showing them. Now I'm asked what I have been doing. officially threw out my size 18's and 16's today. looking forward to buying a bikini for next summer. Can't wait. 👙
