Nice to be edging closer to being under 80kg. Maybe 2 weeks away. BMI is down to 33. it will be good to be out of the obese range under 30 too. Lots of smaller goals, and measuring is helping me stay focused. waist now under 100cm and heading for that magic 88. However, the best fun was going through the bags of old clothes I used to not fit. For a short time I have heaps of clothes again albeit they're not in fashion. But I'm not a fashion guru so who cares. Unfortunately or fortunately, whichever way you look at it, I'll then have to go and buy a whole new wardrobe. What a shame. 😀
