Woohoo at last. My next goal finally reached. 70kg. I've now lost 32.7kg. BMI down from 41.7 to 28.4. Crossed 3 obesity zones, now just overweight and in a small size 10. Still no exercise, only diet change due to the op on ankle. Sickening in a way that I've been able to downsize only changing my diet. Food choices, food combinations and portion control. Anyway, next goal is 65 kg. Weight loss APP estimates mid September, be lovely if I get there by 20th September as that would mark 1 year exactly since this journey began. Onwards and downwards. 😄
