So am sticking to the plan
Each day I try stay under my weight x 15 which equals my daily calories I should be eating.
I start my change of lifestyle around the end of May and early June where I was weighing in at 124 kg, today weight in was 100.5 kg
I started to reduce my carb intake to below 10% and to increase fat to around 60% and protein for the rest many people told me that was unrealistic, so now here at 12 weeks on I feel better ever.
Wow how much I have changed in this short time .
