I love salmon but have to watch portion sizes. I used to just eat whatever size piece they gave me at deli. I realise now how big some of those pieces were. When I started weighing food i found some pieces were over 300g and would have blown my calories for day quickly. Yum though. I love it served over baby spinach with a light salad. I might have that today. Thanks for the idea. 😀

he he no worries . ussually buy the whole salmon and cut it into pieces . I have weighed them time to time around 150 to 200 grams is the portion . if I go out and get grilled salmon or grilled fish it's ussually double the size
