Well fell off the edge again and pigged out today. Feel so fat and down today. But will pick myself up, dust myself off and start again. What else can I do?

yep sweetie...as I said before I would be rich if I paid myself money every time that happened....somehow sweetie we got to find away for you not to feel so bad about eating ...it takes tons of time and huge changes geeez I'm 58 and still trying to get it right...I'm sending you a huge bear hug your way...your my friend and I'm proud of you also of the 45 min exercise you did this week... grab my hand and I will help you up.... come on grab hold;)

It is easy to fall off the edge. Very easy. I don’t think there is a single one of us in this community who has not done so. Not one who has not struggled. The hard part is realizing you fell and getting back on the right track. You have done that! You are taking responsibility for yourself, owning the relapse in your journal and moving forward. You’ve done the hard part. Just do better at the next meal. We are here to help 😊
