Weigh in tomorrow 😬 not too sure about this one, I hurt my knee (aggravated from previous knee injury Sep/2016), a week ago from a very long power walk involving hills and steep inclines. Apparently my knee wasn’t and hasn’t rehabbed properly and because I’ve been so busy, especially the last year I wasn’t aware that all specialists involved didn’t have me on a proper care plan. So, I’ve done no exercise whatsoever this week, and have had to use my car to get around- no public transport this week and couldn’t and can’t possibly do any form of “quick” walking. As we Italians say “Mama Mia”! So, basically long story short, I’ve seen a better doctor, got referrals for an X-ray and ultrasound of my right knee and prescribed me anti inflammation tablets. Not much I can do, it’s all about time and waiting for the scans which unfortunately is another 10 days away! 😢 just gotta rest my leg, use voltaren, take the tablet daily for 4 weeks and stay positive 🙏🏻 I’m back to college Monday! 😬
