BSL's erratic & need to try to understand insulin resistance is probably a major factor for no weight loss, despite ultra strict WOE. Gone back onto Metformin 500mg nocte and maintain strict carb intake.

High BSL last night 10.4mmols Metformin 500mg taken instead of the usual 250 mgms. Fasting BSL this am was 7.0mmols. BSL's slowing the whole process down.

Slept well yah! BSL last night 2 hrs post meal 6.4 mols. Decided not to take night time Metformin 250 mg. Fasting BSL this morning was 7.9mmols. Will monitor this through the day, but quite excited.
