Have just reached my goal weight of 75kg, in fact, I am under that, I am 74.9kg. Time to celebrate.

I have just completed a 12 week challenge and these are the before and after pics taken for the challenge. I have lost a total of over 10kg and I think that is not too bad for someone getting close to 62!
