Dinner-my homemade chicken congee with a bread roll I made in college today 😊 (I use a whole chicken,make my own stock with garlic,ginger,onions,chillies,salt,pepper and scallions.Add mushrooms and brown/white rice.Garnish-soy sauce,sesame oil + extras 😋
