I've slowed down with the 5:2 diet. Strangely, processed food has lost it's charm on me. I thought I would be stuffing myself silly. No, I prefer the vegetables and smaller portions of lean proteins. I'm in healthy territory, but want to be a little more safe. Yesterday I bought new pants and a smaller belt. My pants were falling off my hips. Feeling good.

Went camping. No scale, limited choices. I feel the results would have been better, if I had been more attentive to how much I was eating. Still, my weight went down, but not at the rate as before. I can live with slower burn off, despite my impatience. I'm so close.
