I didn't realise until today how committed I must be to maintain my weight in the healthy range. I thought once I got there I could occasionally reward myself with something decadent. Now I feel sad. I'm going to miss so many foods. Unfortunately, I'm in that category where one in three are diabetic. The things we do to stay alive, eh. The low carb diet recipes are tasty, but gosh it was hard this evening to watch my daughter tuck into that hamburger. On a more positive note, the weather was nice today.
