Body Fat 25.4. Did a major hard mountain bike ride yesterday which left me pretty wrecked for the rest of the day. Still feeling the after effects so this reading is probably a bit skewed and will bounce back up. Good result just the same. Body fat is nearly in the healthy range.

body fat 25.9%. So this is a great result, checked it a second time even. But 2 days ago I was 94K. Took this one straight after a 40k bike ride. I think my fluid levels are bouncing all over the place.

Body Fat 26% Best result this year but Christmas day tomorrow. It is still pretty up and down though.

Good result but bouncing around a bit. Did not eat much yesterday. Drank a bit though. No dinner really as well, so thinking it will bounce back up. Body Fat 26.3%
