Breakfast 😊 My body always seems to want to eat more throughout the colder months, anyone else the same? So that’s why I’ve got to try harder to make sure with the “more calories and or bigger portions” that it’s the right kind of foods ✍🏼

Lunch - avocado with Ryvita multigrain cruskiit, pepitas and sunflower seeds 😀 if my cruskits are crushed, I’ll just add it to my avocado along with the seeds like I’ve done before 👍👍

Dinner 😀 Made a slow cooked corned beef & cabbage soup,with-Extra virgin olive oil,onions,garlic,red chillies, celery,carrots,potatoes,red cabbage,tin tomatoes,corned beef,fresh parsley,water,salt & pepper.Had the time today to make 2 healthy soups 👍

Made a big healthy batch of homemade pumpkin soup- Extra virgin olive oil, onions, garlic, pumpkin(butternut), chicken stock, water, dried rosemary/tarragon/chives and salt and pepper. Nutritious and comforting during the colder weather 😋
