Dinner- ok, so, I got a little excited and didn’t take a proper pic of dinner, this is the leftovers 😄 I made a beef stroganoff (rump steak/mushrooms/onions) with spiral pasta and a homemade sauce.Something I used to cook often, but not much nowadays..

Lunch 😋 my homemade chicken congee with a Wholemeal roll I made in college yesterday. I like to add EXTRA ginger, chillies and scallions 😁 trying to build a stronger immune system.
