Has anyone tried a Grit workout yet. I'm an avid tennis player that can go for a couple of hours playing and still be ready for more. That was until I did the Grit Plyo class last night. It only last 30 mins and I was dying by the end. I guess I'm not in as great a shape as I thought I was.
