I forgot to mention the one good thing that came from this week. It's a very good reason for me to remain on track with my fitness goals. Received news this week, I'll be a grandpa. Talk about making one feel old all of a sudden.

Congratulations on your healthy life style, and on becoming a grandparent. I have one grandchild and another due in September. Love, love, love spending time with my granddaughter. And can't wait to meet our new addition next month.
