here comes my birthday party. hold onto your hats cos theres going to be cake and booze and bbq and sausage in white bread with butter and fried onions and potato salad with cream and chives and all things fattening. then the next day theres a hangover that need fried eggs on buttery toast or a Slovakia and no exercise. so be prepared for the high numbers. but on the plus side i get to see my family and friends and play some poker and dance a bit and chat to everyone. at the end of it we will have lots of memories

Snags, butter, cream, fried eggs, onions, chives. None of these are fattening. The rest, well... not so much. Hard to lose weight when you confuse what makes you gain weight with what makes you lose it. Have fun at your party. Life's too short not to :)
