What a way to start the year out. I cracked the screen on my phone while it was in my pocket yesterday so I had to run out and get a new one. No biggie, i was looking into get a new one anyway just not under these circumstances. I get back to work finally and my computer crashes twice. The day could not end soon enough for me. Good thing is I got my first full workout in yesterday morning. It's been 2 months since my last one. To end the day out, i went to a yoga class. I've done yoga before but holy crap, they killed me. They actually thought they were going to get me to do a modified head stand, yeah right. I don't see that happening any time in my near future.
