I've been doing ok these last few days. Still trying to get food/exercise under control. Even just eating a kit kat pushes me over my calorie limit :(

But my mood is more positive as I'm just dealing with it and keeping at it even though I know my weight hasn't gone further down. I guess maybe it will eventually...?

Life is hard and I guess this is just something else that I strive to have control over and achieve. It's just something else unpleasant that I have to do...and the benefits? Well hopefully in time I will like what I see in the mirror, and if that never happens, well at least I am doing something still.
