weight is still the same bah Ill just keep at it, its gotta come off eventually.1 kilo a week is that what I should expect?

A kilo a week is quite a lot - I think the recommended amount for sustained weight loss is 1-2lb a week, a kilo is about 2.2? Maybe go for half a kilo? I can see one of your previous posts that your cal intake is pretty low so maybe if you up your cals a bit and lower your weekly goal, it may be a bit more manageable? Good luck with your journey :-)

My doctor, and personal trainer said the 300g a week is a good, sustainable amount.

Kilo per month is a good sustainable goal over the long term, and works better than dropping large chunks...
