This holidays has been great. learnt a lot about myself. I have been trying to loose belly fat and I have achieve it. Only skin so I am proud of myself. However, I lost it yesterday. Ate heaps of rice cakes and gained half a kilo over night. . Heheeh. Look it is once off and will get back to being disciplined.
