Assaulted at work today, which I think led to some automated emotional eating. Still sore despite the additional kilojoules. Still, hopefully I haven't done too much damage, and at least I have stuck to my goal of recording everything. So happy to have my computer back. Yeah. A bit disappointed in only another 0.4kg loss this week. But happy to be heading in the right direction. Aim, to achieve the goal of actually exercising four times this week. Off to a good start, going for a brief walk to clear my head when I got home.
