First KG down, not a lot but still a start! I just need to keep on track and not fall back into old habits like I always do. Hopefully this channel will help me keep motivated.

Just remember 1kg is the same amount of fat as two punnets of margarine!You have just lost two of them off your body! Good work!

You can do it. I know it can be hard tracking your calories and seeing a difference on the scale but it does get easier in time. You'll start noticing your clothes will start fitting differently(That's what I first notices btw)

Thanks guys, I just need to stay motivated! At 2.2kg loss now in just over a week so I'm pretty happy with that. But I have been down this road before and fallen back into old habits :(
