I did it...I carbed up yesterday and decided that, if I can run 3.3k, surely I can do a 5k run. Well surely I DID today...Im so impressed with myself. I can run 5ks at 8 .1 kmph...not fast but Im impressed 😊😊😅😅

Good work Jane! I started a program called Couch to 5k , I'm on week 8 of 9 weeks. I'd recommend it to anyone starting out running, the first weeks might be a bit too easy for you, but it's got loads of great running tips for new runners or starting again runners. It's free, it's from the British national health service ( NHS) you can get the podcasts for free. Just look up Cto5k, loads of support forums too
