Alright guys!! Super motivated right now. Sunday I did a heap of meal prep so there is no excuse for bad eating! I am training 3 times a week with my trainer, and every other night from home. Aiming to lose 1kg a week and by Christmas I should be around 71-70kg. That is bewildering to me as my goal weight has always been 65-68 and that is so damn close! I remember the day I weighed myself at 98kg and cried for weeks. I have grown so much as a person since then, and changed my life. Yes I still crave the occasional maccas and bad food, but to go from eating takeaway every single day to prepping my meals and working out instead of going home after work and crashing on the couch is amazing. It's so easy to slip back into old habits and take the easy route.... I have just made sure I enjoy my workouts, the food I eat is fresh and delicious and it IS the easy route! Accountability I will be in the low 70s by Christmas and smash my goals!
