OK, Christmas was lovely and I stuck to my WOE but over the month of December I must have overeaten cause the scales are showing an upward trend. I have stopped recording my food, so today I am starting to record all that I eat again. It seems to work the best for me. Hope you all had a lovely Christmas.

I'm in the same boat, Christmas was a food eating festival and I'm to scared to weight myself. I have no doubt you will reverse trend and collectively we will win this Battle ;) keep Strong!
